What happened makes sense. This guy complained about how you need to rapidly recruit and train soldiers. But complaining publicly bears consequences.

Can't read the story, but if Ukrainian troops are still ill-trained, or if ill-trained Russian troops are weakening Ukrainian positions, then he is a poor commander.
