The United Kingdom recorded 1,041 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, down from 1,288 on Saturday, government figures showed.

Six people died after testing positive for the coronavirus within the previous 28 days, compared with 18 deaths announced on Saturday.

What is today's death toll? These new cases, as long as they aren't deaths, are no worse than reporting the cases of the common cold. Why don't the government ever advise on nutrition to assist our immune systems? This is all about money, and politicians lining their pockets now.

Why have you changed to ''cases'' from deaths. Is it because even with the fake figures, there are not enough deaths to keep the level of fear you want ? More testing = more cases, quite expected and normal. History & current research shows 20% population ''cases'' ends pandemics

I wonder what it is in the US of A. They stopped counting.

2 things to note: 1) very few governments anywhere in the world have managed this pandemic well 2) it requires as much of an effort and will of the citizens as it does government action
