What I think will happen is what's been happening in Melbourne here. People will self lockdown essentially, however I can also see a loophole in that a business can still have as a condition of entry a negative pcr/rat test.

It’s common sense to self-isolate if you have covid and are infectious. But betting on common sense is a risky proposition. Hope this works out and doesn’t spawn another variant.
