Johnson is expected to unveil the government’s “roadmap” out of the coronavirus lockdown in an address to the nation next Sunday, the newspaper said.

The Sunday Times said that the government will only tweak the lockdown this week, encouraging building sites to reopen, relaxing rules on outdoor activities and urging people to cover their faces on public transport. Johnson is due next week to present a possible way out of the lockdown to get the world’s fifth largest economy back to work without triggering a second spike in coronavirus cases.

I am not sending my children back to school, even in the fall. I am a teacher, and I can only hope that there are measures in place to continue distance learning if we need to. My children will be fine. School can wait.

What has significantly changed for the better since 6 weeks ago. More people are dying per day now, there are still shortages of adequate PPE, still a low level of testing, still no effective treatment for serious cases and we have no vaccine. What has changed? “R”? you serious?

Social distancing with primary school children-good luck....class sizes....risk assessments for staff....social distancing for staff....ppe...special education....pmld children...early.It's not as easy as it sounds.
