UDOT putting projects on hold for Memorial Day Weekend in anticipation of traffic delays

In a statement issued two days ahead of one of the busiest road travel days of the year across the nation, the department said the majority of construction would be suspended, and all lanes would be opened that could be opened. SR-24 between I-70 and Hanksville will have slower speed limits and flagging delays up to 15 minutes.For the rest of the roads, even with the orange and white barrels cleared, UDOT was still predicting additional delays along the Wasatch Front - and across the state.
