WASHINGTON—Rep. Dan Meuser said Saturday he had tested positive for Covid-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, becoming the 12th House lawmaker to contract the virus. Mr. Meuser, 56 years old, said he would be working from home in quarantine until he received a negative test result.
