CLEVELAND, Ohio – Three men wanted for the fatal beating of an Akron teen were arrested Saturday, according to the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Akron Police Chief Stephen Mylett said he was happy to report the news of the arrests, but he also is aware that another family has lost a loved one. The three men who were arrested drove to the court and approached Liming and his friends, who fired at them. A fight ensued, Ethan was knocked unconscious and brutally assaulted, police said.Ethan’s senseless and tragic death touched many in the Akron community, including the city’s mayor, Dan Horrigan.
This better be rulled a hate crime.
