U.S. coronavirus deaths are nearing another grim milestone: 200,000

The number of confirmed U.S. deaths from the coronavirus approached 200,000 and daily coronavirus cases in the U.S. rose by the most in two weeks on Friday as the president offered a spring timeline for a vaccine despite conflicting guidance from other officials.

President Trump told reporters at the White House on Friday that the administration is committing to giving every American a Covid-19 vaccine by April.

2.8 million deaths per year in the US.

Mr. President, YOUR BODY COUNT AS OF TODAY IS AT 203,177 as you continue your plan of “IT IS WHAT IT IS” Your ACTUAL Herd Immunity PLAN will take 80% of the citizens to become infected resulting in 3,310,026 American DEATHS. Instead of fighting your scientists, just be honest.

And to quote BTO ....

So, 6% of that number is actually from COVID- so, it’s about 12,000. About 650k die from heart disease each year.

I know very few people who have had it, and for them it was nothing worse than a cold.

I think we can safely say you have now lost this ridiculous sharade, if you look through the replies. GIVE UP!!!

But we have a good treatments regimen, infection is not death,,,would be a good story wsj

We will regret how this was handled, three stooges nation

Please raise your hand if you would be thrilled to never read or hear the massively overused phrase 'grim milestone' again for the rest of your life.

Sorry, but the number will continue to climb until the vaccine is here. I don’t understand why we keep reporting on this.

Positive tests are 50% inaccurate, bullshit propaganda.

WorldoMeter has us at 203K I trust their numbers as I've watched them from the start.

Since covid 19 is seen as being a permanent thing now in our world at what point do we stop adding up cases and deaths for news stories.

Sure, if you count all the Stage Four cancer deaths, the motor cycle accidents and suicides. These numbers are bogus; even CDC stated that that Covid-19-only deaths were under 20,000.

Can’t focus on the 3% death rate...

Dig through some more old charts, maybe you can find more 'probable' cases or 'likely' deaths to beef up the number. Keep counting!

Whatever

Congratulations to realDonaldTrump. No one would have believed a President would be so clueless and so void in leadership to have kept us from approximating 200,000 deaths. This is what happens when you elect a reality TV star.

So we're still lower than numbers from H1N1. Why does the media insist on this narrative? Pathetic.

Stop !!!
