The Russian Foreign Ministry denied the allegations, saying the British announcement was evidence that NATO countries are escalating tensions around Ukraine.

The U.K. Foreign and Commonwealth Office gave relatively little information about the intelligence unveiled on Saturday other than to say that the Russian government was considering trying to make a Kremlin-friendly former member of Ukraine’s parliament, Yevhen Murayev, the country’s new leader.

British authorities also said they had information showing how Russia’s intelligence services maintain links with numerous former Ukrainian politicians. Some of those former Ukrainian politicians are in contact with Russian intelligence officers planning the attack on Ukraine, the British government said.

Yanukovych fled Ukraine for Russia in 2014 after a pro-Western uprising on Kyiv’s central square, known as the Maidan, ousted his government. “I have a hard time digesting stupidity and nonsense: Maybe someone wants to shut down yet another independent TV channel,” he said in a series of text messages, according to the Telegraph.

Well the US and their allies know all about installing pro Western governements. They done it many times.

Any news from PresidentBiden during his work time at Camp David?

Someone should remind Britain that talk is meaningless without an army to back it up. No angry letter ever stalled an invasion. Only the threat of heavy armed retaliation has done so. With many a limp noodle in Western offices, Moscow is highly emboldened.

Did you ever think to investigate why they decided now to mass troops on the border with Ukraine? The Trump and Putin show to make it look like it is all Joe Bidens fault that there will be a war. Nobody wants war so if the voters fear would help republicans in the next election

Britain says this , this is height of oxymoron.

Awesome idea !
