The public's help is sought in the case of USC student Victor McElhaney, whose fatal shooting in March near campus remains unsolved.

Vishwa Chitnis and Aaron Sanford pass out fliers during a peace"stand-in" at the corner of Maple Avenue and Adams Boulevard in Los Angeles, where USC student Victor McElhaney was shot two months ago.

“I’m standing where my son took his last breath, and that seemed the right thing to do on this Mother’s Day,” she said. “Vic has made a legacy that is going to forever live on in my heart and at USC,” said Nia Warren, 21, a USC student and childhood friend of McElhaney. “I am asking for justice for my friend … and I’m asking for some sort of peace for his family.”

Trump blames 'political correctness' for Kentucky Derby overturnPresident Trump took to Twitter to lament the results of Saturday's Kentucky Derby, saying the unprecedented decision to disqualify the initial victor was made possible by 'these days of political correctness.' It's true that the biggest problem in America today is that the best horse did not win the race and the officiating was criminally lousy. I don't think it's in Trump's best interests to bring it up, but, ok, we can go there, Mr. Lost-by-3-million-votes... realDonaldTrump lost money. OF COURSE realdonaldtrump lamented the results of the Derby. Trump is ALL ABOUT recognizing the winner, the fastest horse, the person who gets the most popular votes, the... um... waidaminnit...
