When two Florida teenagers were swept out miles into the Atlantic Ocean by a strong current, they prayed to God for help — and those pleas were answered in the form of a passing ship named 'Amen.'

"He was the first one to just start calling out to God," Brown told the outlet."Just praying for strength to swim." "Exhausted and near the end, the boy told me he called out for God's help. Then we showed up. I told them the name of the vessel, that's when they started to cry," Wagner wrote.

Praise the Lord! He is merciful and just...what an amazing heavenly Father :)

Kind of sad how many atheist can’t just the delight in the fact that these kids were saved.

The prayer and dumb luck had the boat there. I am fairly certain the owner of the boat didn’t get a call over his radi from god. Sad how many people believe in fictional powers.

Great news story! Believe - there is a God or Supreme Being of the universe.

Jesus guys, are you this desperate for ratings?

You forget to mention the many others who in the past had similar misfortunes but who, despite their prayers, died.

Would thos get press if the boat was named satan?

Yet a 3rd kid died in our custody in Kid Concentration Camp. Selective Prayers heard I guess. 😞😞😞

Pretty sure many people who have drowned have also prayed to God that they’d make it out alive.

As an atheist I have never found myself in those deadly and shitty situations that God worshippers often find themselves in.

Oh Jesus Christ come on

Two different boaters in Florida were religious? Get outta here!

“God” didn’t save those kids, it was pure chance.

Brilliant!

Was it one of Devos's yachts she sails around in while attempting to cut all federal funding g of the special Olympics.... because honestly that wouldnt surprise me.

God tried to kill them, and then changed his mind?

Which I replied. That is proof positive. Dumb luck exists.

‘The Long Night’ named ‘Game of Thrones’ second lowest ranked episode ever''The Long Night' leaves a few things to be desired heading into the final stretch.' ZombieCakeADTR oft This is why online rating is useless. A bit of an overreaction I think - the hype for the episode was unfulfillable. There's disappointment that we got no answers about what the Night King wanted, but there's still three episodes. I think the final three episodes will dictate how this episode is remembered.
