Two Dead in School Bus Crash in Bastrop County

At least two people are dead following a school bus crash in Bastrop County on Friday. The crash happened when a Hays CISD school bus carrying pre-K students hit a cement truck on State Highway 21 . A Dodge Charger then crashed into the back of the bus.

Four people were transported to the hospital with critical injuries. The bus was carrying students returning from a field trip to the Bastrop Zoo.
