Maybe make a pledge to clean up Twitter would be nice!

tweetsie26 Hey Jack, kudos for stepping up. Now please do something else meaningful, ban tRump from twitter permanently for repeatedly violating Twitter's terms of service.

I hope this include ICE detention centers too!

Use half to develop protocols and best practices for controlling and moderating life under threat from exposure in confined spaces. The DeptofDefense wrote the book on GasFreeEngineers and a band of MasterChiefs could draft, posthaste, rules & regs to govern this crisis.

What is Jack going to do about millions of ObamaGate trending, but Twitter is pushing down the trend with much fewer hashtags?

Way to go jack

How about deleting rump’s twitter account?

this is like giving money to walmart so they can clean the aisles. so idiotic.

neal_katyal Making Zuck look like the asshat that he is! Well done Mr. Dorsey!

How about $10 million to stop hostile authoritarian government propaganda bots from destroying global democracy?

neal_katyal Dodging taxes like there's no tomorrow. Donating a pittance to buy popularity. The government lets him do it, and the people fall on their knees in gratitude.

Mega-rich shift there assets into donor-advised funds where they get tax-free gains with zero accountability for charitable donations they have no legal obligation to follow through with.

I don’t get it didn’t we release everyone?

Jack, ban America's domestic terrorist from Twitter. It's not about 1st Amendment, it's about stopping trump, a psychopath threatening violence & wars. And deliberately killing our nation because he loves death & devestation.

But he makes that in an hour... try 10 billion

neal_katyal I would rather you stop all politicians from distributing misinformation. That would be a much bigger impact on improving our situation long term.

Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt has cut last ties with Alphabet: reportIt's apparently the end of an era in Silicon Valley, as former Google chief executive and chairman Eric Schmidt has cut his last ties to the tech giant, CNet has reported. Schmidt left his role as a technical adviser to Alphabet Inc. in February, CNet reported Saturday, citing a person familiar with the situation. Schmidt was named CEO of Google in 2001, guiding it through its spectacular 2004 IPO and its years of explosive growth until stepping down in 2011. He served as executive chairman until 2017. Schmidt is currently chairman of a pair of defense-related initiatives, and advises the military on how to upgrade its technology. He has also recently been enlisted by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to head a commission tasked with "reimagining" the path of state's recovery after the coronavirus pandemic. Fire up the conspiracy theory machine. So sorry, not.
