Turkey, Russia Start Clock on Kurdish Withdrawal From Northern Syria

ISTANBUL—Turkish forces suspended an offensive in Syria on Wednesday following an agreement with Russia, giving Kurdish fighters 150 hours to leave what Ankara calls a safe zone in the war-torn country’s north.

“Turkey will never let a terror corridor be established to the south of its borders and our resolute fight against terrorism will continue,” the Turkish Defense Ministry said.

Hopefully this will lead to talks about making lasting peace in the region so that trade can revert back to normal.

if Americans and Europans had accepted an organization as a terror organization, they would have declared to everyone as an enemy who has supported that organizaton. and where is that organization is not important that in the world that they would destroyed it and its backings.

All the world knows that ypg/pyd is equal to pkk. And lots of countries are supporting. At the same time those countries say that Turkey our ally. And also Turkey is a member of NATO. But if they had accepted an organization as a terror organization, they would have destroyed it.

Turkish military operation was against to terror organizations. But Americans gived to ypg/pkk weapons thousands of containers. This terror organization made lots of bombing terror actions in city centres of Turkey. In that actions lots of civilians died.

'Kurdish Fighters' is wrong term. True term is 'Terorists' Why do you define to pyd/ypg insistently as vicegerent of Kurdish People ? Americans and Europans have just officially accepted that pkk is a terror organization.again and again Americans accepted that pkk is equal to ypg
