Out of a 2023 list of 50 places in the world, TIME recognized Tucson's restaurants such as BOCA Tacos y Tequila, and the city's many breweries.
This isn't the first time Tucson's brewery scene made such a list: back in December, Tucson was named an"underrated beer city." Tucson was also recognized for its history and locations that are available for tours and sightseeing. "TIME solicited nominations of places from our international network of correspondents and contributors, with an eye toward those offering new and exciting experiences," said the magazine on how it chose places for the list.

No. I lived in SV for years so went there for shopping alot. Everyone there calls it 'The Trenches'. 🤣 The roads are absolutely atrocious- pot holes, rough roads, etc. There is garbage & debris on the sides of the freeway & residential roads throughout. It's a dirty city.

This is probably talking about places near the encantado mall. Notice when you’re on the free way the minorities are separated from regular Tucson. There’s a sign that says south Tucson this way and you’ll see the difference in demographics.

It’s gorgeous there and the people are really nice but there’s a lot of poverty and everything is disorganized as there’s no master planning. Sidewalks and streetlights would be a good start.
