Passengers have reported long lines for food and drink retailers and rental car businesses. Others have complained about being stuck in their plane on the airfield because a gate isn't available.Food and retail businesses at ABIA are operated by one of three large concessions companies. Like many service industry businesses, they've faced staffing struggles since travel picked up during the pandemic.
