President Donald Trump has sent a message to Kim Jong Un in an early morning tweet, saying North Korea could be like Vietnam -- if it denuclearizes.

Poor trump, who doesn’t study or read. North Korea uses food, education and healthcare as controls over its citizens. Improving its economy would mean the regime would lose that control it now enjoys. Appealing to improved economy doesn’t resonate in the same way.
