Except for the FACT that congress passed a law in 1976 giving him the authority to fulfill his constitutional mandate to protect the citizens. Other than that yeah, right.....

Wrong framing of issue by Trump. The REAL issue is whether he can circumvent the Constitution and Congressional control over purse strings EVEN if Congress passed emergency declaration legislation. The answer is no he can't. All else is rhetorical bullshit!

There was a lawsuit against Obama involving several states calling for Obama to ENFORCE federal immigration law. The courts ruled that immigration is a federal matter and the states had no legal standing. The same reasoning should still apply now.

If memory serves, he carried at least 1 of these states! So much for that 'radical-Left' bs'! LOL!
