Trump-Russia report main findings awaited, U.S. lawmakers seek quick public release

As I have said previously, I sincerely hope he will do so as soon as he can, and with as much openness and transparency as possible.

Even if the Mueller report exonerates Trump, that may not spell the end to his legal troubles. Cohen pleaded guilty in August to campaign finance violations in a case overseen by federal prosecutors in Manhattan, who said in court filings that Cohen carried out the crimes at the direction of Trump.

After 475 days of this Special Council Investigation, of the Russian involvement in the 2016 Presidential Election, it is difficult to understand why either Congress or the Nation is forced to wait for the only recently appointed AG Barr to summarize the Special Council Report

If being release this quickly and if unredacted seems unlikely.

How is that even a question? DOJ policy is NOT to disparage an individual with alleged evidence of wrong doing when an indictment is not forthcoming. DOJ policy is you cannot indict a sitting president.

A key part of the story is that yes a sitting President can't be indicted, but all the bs about involvement by Jr. and Kushner and others is key to what the no further indictments really means. IF Trump was going down those 2 would have faced indictments.

The big question might be the veracity of the the Steele dossier

All his crimes are out in the open for years, and nothing happened. Nothing will happen now either. This country is done.
