The president is thinking about how to stay in the spotlight after January.

Three people “familiar with the conversations” told the Daily Beast that Trump isn’t just talking about a potential 2024 theoretically but also thinking about how to best time the announcement that he’s running to make sure the Republican Party stands behind him. Two of those sources said the president has even brought up the idea of doing something during the week of inauguration, and possibly even on the day that Biden will be sworn in.

Part of Trump’s strategy appears to be to disrupt a Biden administration and try to remain in the spotlight after he leaves office in what sounds like could be a four-year campaign for the presidency. The commander in chief appears convinced that media outlets would still give him good coverage because he gives them good ratings.that Trump told National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien, Secretary of State Michael Pompeo, and Vice President Mike Pence about his 2024 plans.

Nope. By then, I’m sure there will be an exec. order/legislation anyone running for President must first pass security clearance. Bam!!! Besides, in 4 yrs we have no idea how healthy he would be, physically or mentally. He might be in jail or fled the country

He’s never gonna go away. 😡

The Money is the biggest reason to keep in spotlight, but he also in saying he is Running, is a 'Political Opponent' and when DOJ or anyone want to charge him with a crime he can claim foul. He thinks it will keep him untouchable.

He’ll look really funny wearing an orange jumpsuit. What makes anyone think he’ll get away with all the law suits against him. He’ll finally have to pay the Piper. He’ll have to face “reality”. What goes around comes around.

Time to turn out the lights.

Dancing with the Stars could rehabilitate his sagging image and his sagging waistline, both!

Be a Senator from Georgia

Not to worry. He’ll still be President.

Ya know, Trump has an almost complete set of negative descriptors, from adulterer to abuser of power to traitor to the worst of sore losers and many others, but strangely enough I don’t remember “asshole” or “dick,’ which such an announcement would be indicative of.

Just like the crazy narcissist he is.

The trials will put him front and center in the news for months.

Plead guilty!!

Here’s the scenario. On Inauguration Day trump holds a super spreader in Florida. Just as he’s about to take the stage NY authorities step in, cuff him, place him under arrest and bring him to NY to face charges.

The only people happier about Trump leaving the White House than the Democrats are the Republicans. Republican leaders don't want any part of another lying Trump campaign - and neither does America. If the old fat orange liar runs again in 2024, he will certainly lose.

He can fuck right off.

His spotlight is turned off at noon on January 20th. No news outlet should cover him unless the news is about his arrest and prosecution.

He will be in jail. There will a lot of light.

His criminal trial in New York ought to do it.

He has to. He’s broke otherwise.

Lots of appearances in courts trying to defend your criminal activities could keep you in the public eye. IndividualOne individual1

As Don the Criminal writing a book in prison called “my life”! History repeats itself, first time a tragedy second time a farce!

Can't we all jus agree to ignore him?

Hey realDonaldTrump

Well, 4 years. I guess with luck he could be dead.

start an American Army to free the United States from it's equality for all and liberty of thought, is my best guess.

Your criminal trial will do the trick

Media should commit to what’s relevant: showing the public the entire Inauguration... just as they always have. The departing president is irrelevant...

Oh My think the trials will be must watch events 😉

Jail could be a great spotlight.

democracynow RUWithSonali davidpakmanshow dailyposter thehill Hopefully, it will be accomplished by his being dragged in zip cuffs from the WH by Federal Marshals and prosecute for treason and the murder of 250,000+ Americans. ProsecuteTrump

Go the fuck away. It is up to us to ignore the asshole.

numerous trials will keep him in the spotlight.

You can’t run if your in prison!!

He can continue to poop himself in public; that always seems to work.
