President Donald Trump cannot block his critics on his Twitter TWTR, +1.17% feed, a federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday.
As the Washington Post writes, the decision from the New York-based appeals court upholds an earlier ruling that Trump violated the First Amendment when he blocked users critical of him or his policies. The case was brought by seven people who were blocked after posting disapproving comments in 2017.

The court got it wrong. These are not 'critics' - have you seen these posts? These are extremely vulgar, deranged tweets, spewing extreme hate! We all should be for CIVIL DISCUSSION of issues but anyone should be able to block anyone that only spews hate & vulgarities!
But Twitter can and does block critics of disgusting left and despicable anti US swamp.
As it should be. The President needs to be held accountable - to the public, if nothing else.
