The Trump administration is again taking aim at international students in a new rule that potentially limits the length of time students and others can remain in the United States.
The Department of Homeland Security is proposing changes to visas for students, exchange visitors and foreign media. The new rule would require a"fixed period of stay," a departure from the current policy that allows these types of visa holders to remain in the US for"as long as they maintain compliance with the terms of admission.

Foreign students pay at least twice more tuition. Foreigners (incl. students the longer they stay) are considered residents for tax purposes, so they pay for both federal and state taxes. System is already against immigration. Burden only on kids & locals.
