It's amazing that a couple of weeks before an election the President seems to want to: 1) Try and pay for seniors prescriptions with a $200 voucher 2) Pay for the vaccine with medicare/caid 3) 'yuge' stimulus deal (now, after the election) etc None of this for 8 months though.
