There's guilt all over this. How could the Trump supporters feel that this is OK. Trump calling the oversight a witch hunt because congress wants to know where the money is going and to prevent fraud just shows Trumps true intentions. Having him place his loyalist is more proof.
Of course it was. Not only that but he has 2 trillion dollars at his finger tips and there's nobody there to see that it goes to the proper places. Trumps intentions is to steal it right in front of our eyes and there's nothing anybody can do about it. The SCOTUS is of no help.
