Phoenix police officers and fire personnel were called to the area of 7th Street and Dunlap Avenue at about 11 a.m. on Saturday for a truck that caught on fire and crashed into a wall.A person was removed from the car and taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said. The identity of the person was not released.
