DEVELOPING: Tropical Storm Bill forms 335 miles off the coast of North Carolina, NHC says.

Bill had maximum sustained winds of 45 mph and was moving to the northeast at 23 mph. The storm was expected to continue far off the Atlantic seaboard and not pose any immediate threat to land despite the possibility of some rough seas along the U.S. Northeast coast.

Some additional strengthening is possible on Tuesday, however, the system is expected to become a post-tropical low and dissipate on Wednesday.

We probably could have stopped the Malibu fire storm by stopping the coastal river flow into the ocean thus blocking wind. The ecoli etc. from skid row primarily made coastal sand shoals that blocked tide and pressured wind storm when fresh water peters out in fall.

Should’ve been Roy
