En su decisión, McAfee dijo que planeaba seguir abordando otras mociones previas al juicio “independientemente de si se concede la petición… e incluso si el tribunal de apelaciones facilita una apelación posterior”. Pero Trump y los demás pueden pedir que el Tribunal de Apelaciones suspenda el caso mientras está pendiente la apelación.
