Treasury Secretary Mnuchin says China should be expelled from supportive World Bank loan program

Asked by U.S. Republican Rep. Anthony Gonzalez whether he'd support graduating Beijing from select World Bank lending, Mnuchin replied "I do."

"China claims that it wants to be seen as an equal to the U.S. in the global economy. If that's the case, it needs to step up," former U.S. trade advisor Clete Willems says.
