'Top Chef' tackles the cuisine of Wisconsin in the upcoming season of Bravo's reality cooking show

A number of Wisconsin chefs are serving as guest judges for the show, which used Milwaukee and Madison restaurant kitchens for the cooking and their dining rooms for the judging. Jacobs and his business partner, Dan Van Rite, recently earned a sixth James Beard semifinalist nomination in the category of"Best Chef: Midwest," for their work at EsterEv, their Chinese-American, fine-dining restaurant inside DanDan.
