Luckily, we’ve got a great team around us who can facilitate that.
“With Giancarlo Vulcano and Jeff Richmond, we’re just so spoiled,” Carlock says. “It’s easy for us as we write silly lyrics. They fix them a little bit because they get how the music services the joke and the story all at the same time. We didn’t go into the show thinking we’re gonna have a lot of music. We knew we’d have a great score because we’ve always counted on music to help explain what we’re trying to do.
