Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his first wife Susie Hilfiger—one of the best-known former couples in the wealthy town of Greenwich, Conn.—are separately leaving the area and parting ways with their nearby estates.
The onetime couple, who were married from 1980 to 2000 and share four children, are known to have a friendly relationship. They even share the same listing agent: Janet Milligan of Sotheby’s International Realty. “They both get along very well,” Ms. Milligan said of the former couple. “They are both creative people with excellent taste.”, historic estate for $45 million, Ms. Milligan said Ms. Hilfiger is putting her longtime, historic estate on the market for $40 million.
Known as Denbigh Farm, the property was purchased by the couple in 1995, when they were married, for $8.5 million, Ms. Hilfiger said in an email. The roughly 20-acre property dates back to the late 1700s and has all the trappings of a grand Greenwich estate.
