, has arrived, and it’s the ultimate Shakespearean thirst trap. The newly released teaser for the film dropped this morning and brings a first glimpse at Chalamet as Hal, a wayward prince who is the reluctant heir to the English throne. If you’re familiar with, you’ll know what follows: After his father dies, Hal is crowned King Henry V of England, and he must embrace the life he previously tried to escape—including all of the palatial politics and turmoil that entails.
The Netflix film—directed by David Michôd and coming out this fall—will likely be catnip for Chalamet devotees: In the beginning of the trailer, the actor is shirtless, being fitted for a regal robe. His dialogue also skews deeply brooding, boasting lines like “I can feel the weight of this crown I wear.” To drive viewers even further to distraction, the project also stars Robert Pattinson—calling allstans!—as Chalamet’s foe in battle, the Dauphin of France.
