Officers responded to the Clearfield Plaza Apartments at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Sunday after reports of a shooting in the area. Upon arrival, they said evidence of the shooting was found, including a vehicle with several bullet holes.Police detained three people who were allegedly involved in the incident, and a fourth person possibly fled the scene.
They said the fourth person is believed to be 44-year-old Richard Tehero, who was last seen driving a black 2017 GMC Sierra with Utah license plate 6X8CG.Tehero was reportedly shot in the foot, and detectives said they would like to check his welfare and interview him.Clearfield officials said the incident remains under investigation and arrests may be made as they continue interviews.
