This man was NOT out for a run. He had Timberland boots on. He was casing out construction sites for copper tubing which he sold to recycling centers for cash to support his meth habit. Look, I'm sure this kid did not plan his life to go this way, but....
I am happy they were indicted. I am super worried about the victim's designation as a 'runner'. I've run for many years and never visited someone's home (weather occupied or in construction)
