So I wouldn’t rely on that.
In case you have missed several memos over the course of the season, the way to quickly level the pass is bounties, bounties, bounties. Bounties give more XP than just random world kills ever will, and you want to be doing dailies and weeklies for Crucible, Gambit and the Vanguard, Gunsmith bounties, planetary bounties from anywhere that isn’t the Dreaming City or Tangled Shore. Weekly powerful drops not only give you power, but also a lot of XP.
