PITTSBURG — Three people suspected in a double fatal shooting outside a 7-Eleven last year have been charged with murder with special circumstances, and two of them are in custody, authorities said Friday.
In a statement, Pittsburg police said they arrested Jordan Crear, 20, of Antioch, on Wednesday and 22-year-old Destiny Boyd, of Sacramento, last week. Authorities have issued a $3 million arrest warrant for 28-year-old Lonnie Stewart, of Antioch, who remains at large.of 23-year-old Courtnee Allen, of San Leandro, and 21-year-old Angelique Abercrombie, of Pittsburg, about 6:30 a.m. Sept. 19, outside the store at 4600 Century Blvd.
Allen died at the scene, and Abercrombie died after being rushed to a hospital. Both were inside a car in front of the store when medics and officers arrived. Police said detectives combed through a “vast amount of evidence” and interviewed several people in the months since the shooting. That led to the identification of Crear, Allen and Stewart, authorities said.
