Thomas Valva's Mom Says She Was 'Begging' for Help to Save Boy, 8, from Cop Dad's Abuse

“It was a house of horrors,” she says of the Valva home. “Tommy was brutally tortured … They were monsters who took pleasure in abusing my children and controlling them. It is beyond sick.”
