Personality tests are often fun, but can they also change your beliefs about yourself?

I second this thought. The 'Nature vs. Nurture' debate is a healthy tussle that helps people 'understand as well as defy' maturely. Why try to end it by taking a test and see yourself as a 'constant' that eventually becomes a 'constraint' in evolving as a person!

Okay. So now, I am not sure who to believe.

How do you consolidate self-awareness? I find myself too polarized and volatile for a personality test. Environment and circumstance has a lot to do with it, however, if that’s the environment and circumstance then idk if it makes a difference. They change too much for me.

TomAsacker People have been attacking these for years. It’s often a defense response toward self awareness. They miss the purpose. IMHO...They are properly used for identifying that which is behind/beyond personality. Discovering who we are not.

Yes. Similarly, zodiac sign enthusiasts manifest beliefs about who they are and will become.

If one has no self awareness and believes everything they read....then I can see it. However, if a person is very self aware and solid within oneself, then the minimal.
