I'm MexAm, & grew up eating whole fish. 1x my family ate at a North Chinese restaurant & ordered whole fish in sauce. The owner was leary at 1st, but let us get it. Agreed I grew up in Hawaii, pulling big unicorn fish and parrot fish, freshly caught, out of the ocean, cleaning, then out 'em straight on a ready grill on the beach. The BEST!
