Kerrygold butter comes from grass-fed cows in Ireland, giving it a lighter, creamier texture, and in my personal experience, it has a saltier—though not overwhelmingly so—flavor than many other classic butter brands. If you in love with it already, you might skip your go-to butter brand and give Irish butter a chance.

I big pink puffy heart adore KerrygoldIRL butter. It’s the only thing that touches my sourdough.

While I love that butter, I am more in love with MiyokosCreamery vegan butter. I’m not a vegan.

I knew it was Kerrygold even before I clicked. It is my favorite butter. I do buy Land O Lakes of course too, but Kerrygold is the GOAT of butters - for buttering bread or for baking.
