SO. MANY. PUPPIES. If your dream is to roll around in a big pile of dogs, you're about to be so, so jealous. When this guy recently popped the question, he brought on the puppy love by proposing with 16 adorable dogs. When Maurice asked Laura to take a quick impromptu hike with him up Runyon Canyon before getting drinks with friends one evening, she didn't think anything of it."The guy surprised me with a 5K-race on a date night six months into the relationship," she said, so the easy, supposedly spur-of-the-moment jaunt didn't seem all that out of the ordinary. That is until they rounded the top of Runyon Canyon where Laura was met with a trail of rose petals.
There, Laura and Maurice were met with an a cappella choir who began belting out The Little Mermaid's"Kiss the Girl," as Laura began freaking out. Maurice dropped down to one knee and popped the question with a gorgeous pear-cut engagement ring. Then, came the moment every girl dreams of: Release the dogs!
As Laura said her tearful yes, 16 doggos suddenly appeared, excitedly running around Laura and Maurice. This was the final surprise Maurice had prepared for this so-perfect-we're-crying proposal—the release of a pack of pups, courtesy of Pack of Hearts, to congratulate his new fiancée with sloppy kisses. Because dogs > doves, obviously."I can't imagine anything more magical," said Laura.
