At 900 feet above sea level, the four-story pad’s bold, boxy façade is poised to take advantage of the epic views of local landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island. The local firmdesigned the extraordinary build, which is now on the market for a smidgen under $20 million, $2.1 million less than its original asking price.

The central staircase spans all levels below a huge skylight with a hanging installation that adds to the allure of moving through the home. On the upper level, you’ll find the primary suite, with a wood-clad ceiling and knockout views of the cityscape. Its en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass door shower with waterfall fixtures. Three other upstairs bedrooms feature en-suite baths as well.
