Dallas Secret Service agent named Texas Chief of School Safety and SecurityThe TEA was tasked with creating the new position following the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde in May. Make one wonder why this wasn't done years ago. Sounds like a job that should have been created years ago. I'm surprised that there wasn't someone overseeing school security on the state level.
