This 'should' open the discussion on why fertility care: * Isn't covered by insurance * Isn't available because of strangers' 'religion' * Is stigmatized by people too ignorant to Google the hurdles that come with adopting or fostering a child that doesn't belong to you.

You have money. Enjoy that.
Not to be a b word, but if Aniston really wanted kids she would have adopted or used surrogacy.
