it’s not unconstitutional for police to stop a person that they “reasonably suspect” to be involved in criminal activity or frisk that person if they believe they’re armed: Police need to have reasonable suspicion that a person is involved in criminal activity.all of this is up to police judgment and during the interaction police don’t have to prove their suspicions or even tell you why you were stopped.
