2022 continues to be a year of homes sold for multi-millions of dollars in Cuyahoga County. Following September’s record-breaking $7 million sale in Lakewood, a Hunting Valley mansion sold for $5.4 million in November.

Before the recent September sale, the last time a home sold for more than $5 million in Cuyahoga County was a year ago, in November 2021, when aThe nine other top homes in November were sold for the more typical range between $1 million to $2 million. Two houses were located in Brecksville, with the six others in Beachwood, Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Moreland Hills, Rocky River and Shaker Heights. The final property is a condo located in Chagrin Falls.

The $5.4 million Hunting Valley purchase price is more than the bottom four homes on the list combined. The home is 17,000 square feet and includes a fitness center, theater, pool, and tennis and volleyball courts. This all sits on 5.8 acres, according to real estate records.
