London The mantra of politicians who want Britain to leave the European Union has always been"take back control."
As Westminster prepares itself for a third consecutive night of drama, the question is now: Who is really in control of Brexit? The answer is not Theresa May. On Wednesday, she lost yet more votes, with members of her own Cabinet refusing to back her decision to keep no deal Brexit on the table. On Thursday, lawmakers will vote on whether to delay Brexit beyond March 29 -- and many see that delay as an opportunity to push for a soft Brexit, keeping the UK with strong links to the EU.
janemerrick23 She’s never had control 😆. Our government and the people who run it are a complete and utter joke ....
janemerrick23 We watch... Truth
janemerrick23 Get another prime minister and vote to join again,
janemerrick23 The will of the ppl spoke & now GB has turned into a Democrat socialist dictatorship going against their own. The corruption of NWO is so obvious. Finland is collapsing bc of socialists attitudes. Immigration is a mess. Hmm, so the liberals here want the chaos from there.
janemerrick23 Hard brexit. The EU will never give you a good deal, since they plan to use the UK as an example of why no other countries should vote to leave. Fighting EU tyranny will be tough.
janemerrick23 We actually watched as this unfolded right in front of us.
janemerrick23 What is happening is embarrassing and a lost of credibility of these guys, altogether. Combination of ambition and cowardy has this effect.
janemerrick23 She lost control of everything a long time ago! All we want is another vote now that everyone knows what would actually happen if we leave. That would be truly democratic! May has just been on some ego trip & now she’s united the country with both sides agreeing she’s crap!
janemerrick23 I wish they had listened to Blair.I now apreciate his decision to resign was the best at that time.
janemerrick23
janemerrick23 Is BREXIT no longer to happen?
janemerrick23 Why don't they just have a vote and let the people decide of they want to leave the EU or not..?
janemerrick23 The problem is Labour are even worse than what we have so the U.K. is currently the laughing stock of the world...
janemerrick23 No way🧀
janemerrick23 Not in reality. The law stays the same. The UK leaves on the 29th March, with or without a deal.
janemerrick23 Time for general election! May must resign!!!
janemerrick23
janemerrick23 God save the queen
janemerrick23 Spin a wheel, guys.
