American Horror Story can satisfy viewers with a killer ending, but this would mean bringing together all the show's separate seasons in 1 story.

While American Horror Story’s eventual ending is likely to be as surreal and silly as the rest of the anthology show, there is one satisfying approach the inconsistent series could take. Some shows are consistently terrible, and others are pretty much always good. However, the most frustrating shows on television are the rare series that jump between greatness and mediocrity from season to season and sometimes even from episode to episode.

A Final Season Crossover Would Celebrate American Horror Story's Past Since all of American Horror Story’s seasons are loosely connected, the eventual final season should explore this by incorporating elements, events, and characters from various past seasons. This would act as a celebration of the American Horror Story universe rather than just continuing the anthology and ending on one last standalone story.

Since the series began, American Horror Story has prized its silly, surreal edge. American Horror Story season 2 managed to incorporate demonic possession, zombies, alien abductions, two serial killers, and a murderous Santa Claus into its knotty plot. American Horror Story season 12 features Kim Kardashian in a central role. The series has never strived to be taken seriously, meaning its final season could bring back all of its heroes and villains with comparative ease.
