It also requires police departments to keep and update disciplinary information on officers and share them with other departments when an officer tries to get a job. And it focuses on data collection about other controversial police practices, including no-knock warrants. Because not being able to choke people to death might interfere with morale on the force I hate these people with a passion So the consequence of applying deadly techniques is less funding. That obviously has a catch, or else they would have forbidden it. Police departments will now become less transparent or they'll get their funding indirectly, or directly with the help of loopholes.
