Open your home to take in a displaced family. There is a large number of highly trained professionals in the Ukraine; find ways to see if your company can reach out to offer remote roles to help them financially get through this disaster.
Reach out to people. Science shows that having strong, supportive relationships make you more resilient. We’ve all lost a lot of our social connections during the last two years. Now that the pandemic is ebbing, this is a great time to get back in touch with friends, family and co-workers who you haven’t seen in months or over a year or two.
